Booking activities
All the activities at the Royal Monastery of St Mary of Pedralbes require advance booking.

Booking office opening times: Monday to Friday, from 10am to 2pm
Activities for the general public:
Advance booking is essential. You should pay for the activity at the ticket office in the monastery. The number of places is limited. The monastery reserves the right to cancel the activity if there is a lack of bookings. Unless specified otherwise, the visits are in Catalan.
Guided activities for groups:
All activities on the agenda can be arranged for groups in Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
On specific dates and in the case of group bookings, support for people with visual impairments or with intellectual disabilities can be provided during the visit. In addition, a sign language interpreting service is available on request. Supported tours are available in Catalan and/or Spanish.
Guided group bookings must be made two weeks in advance. Once the booking is made, you will receive confirmation by email. Please check that the booking details are correct (name of activity, date, time and language). Fifteen days before the date of the activity you should pay in the booking fee and send proof of payment by email. Any change in the booking must be notified at least 48 hours before the start of the activity. In no case will the amount paid be refunded. Please be punctual. You must present proof of payment and your booking form at the monastery ticket office on the day of the activity.
Activities for school groups:
Bookings for school groups must be made two weeks in advance. Once the booking is made you will receive confirmation by email. Please be punctual. If there is a delay of more than 15 minutes, the activity cannot be carried out. You must present proof of payment and your booking form at the monastery ticket office on the day of the activity. Bookings for school groups are charged at the minimum price per group. The day of the visit you must pay the difference, in cash, at the ticket office. A member of the school staff must accompany school groups. The booking includes free admission for a maximum of two group leaders. There are no breaks during the activities.
